Orders and Shipping

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days within the continental U.S.

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days within the continental U.S.

1. On our homepage, click on the “My Account” link in the top navigation menu.

2. On the next page, enter your email address under the “Register” section and click the Register button.

3. You might receive an email to confirm your account. Just click on the confirmation link to activate it.

4. Once your account is set up, you can log in to view your order history, save payment methods, and enjoy faster checkout.

To change your shipping address, click on the “My Account” link in the top navigation menu and log in.

Scroll down and click on “Addresses.”

Next to Shipping address,  click “Edit Shipping address” and update your shipping information.

If you’ve already placed an order or run into any issues updating your address online, please contact us and fill out the form for assistance.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment by visiting UPS Tracking and entering your tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number or need further assistance, please contact us at [email protected].

No, we do not store or keep your credit card information on file. All payments are securely processed through our trusted payment provider, which uses encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Sales tax is charged where required by law and is calculated based on your shipping address. The applicable tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

We can ship up to four jars in one package. If your order contains four jars or fewer, they will be shipped together in a single package. For larger orders, multiple packages may be used. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if your order is split.

We will promptly review the issue and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible. If you need to update your shipping address before placing an order, you can do so by logging into your account. Click on the “My Account” link in the top navigation menu, scroll down to “Addresses,” and select “Edit Shipping Address” to update your details.

If you have already placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible by filling out our support form or emailing us at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to update your shipping details before your order is processed.

However, if the order has already shipped, we recommend reaching out to UPS directly to see if they can redirect your package.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if it has already shipped, you may need to follow our return process once you receive your order.

At this time, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, we regularly restock our products. To be notified when an item is back in stock, we recommend signing up for our emails. You can also check the product page for updates on availability. This ensures you’ll be among the first to know when your favorite products are back!
